Rolling Hills Vineyard traces its roots to the late 1960s, when Lori Pasculli's grandfather Clarence Mattox planted the first vines in California's San Joaquin Valley. That family winemaking hobby found new ground in 2016, when Mark and Lori Pasculli established the winery in Nampa in the Snake River Valley AVA. The portfolio centers on Cabernet Franc. An Estate Vineyard sits in Eagle, Idaho. An Urban Tasting Room operates in Garden City at 152 E. 52nd Street. A wine club offers member-only benefits.
