Coiled Wines, LLC

About

Leslie Preston founded Coiled Wines in Garden City, Idaho in 2008, bringing an M.S. in Enology and experience from Clos du Bois, Saintsbury, and Stags' Leap Winery. The program crafts wines entirely from Idaho grapes, a tribute to the Snake River Valley AVA. The portfolio spans Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay, Petit Verdot, and Petite Sirah. Standouts include a Dry Riesling, Sidewinder Syrah blend, Black Mamba Petit Verdot blend, Rizza Sparkling Brut Riesling, and a Chablis-style Chardonnay. The Petite Sirah draws from Calistoga, California. What began as 380 cases of Syrah in 2008 has grown to a 2,000-case operation.
