River Ridge Winery LLC

River Ridge began in 1980 when Jerry Smith planted grapes on an 80-acre farm in Scott City. The winery itself was founded in 1994 and has grown to produce over 4,000 gallons. Rob and Denise Bullock took over in May 2016, continuing the program of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Chardonnay. The operation centers on a century-old farmhouse nestled in the hills above the Mississippi River. Visitors can experience the Fermentation Room Café and the Nunnelly Pavilion on the grounds.
