About Rebecca Caroline
Rebecca Caroline is the traditional-method sparkling wine program from William Chris Vineyards, named for the combined middle names of owners Chris and Katharine's daughters. The tasting room occupies the historic Hye Post Office. The R.C. Members enjoy flat-rate shipping and priority access to gatherings.

R.C. Sparkling Tasting
Guided tasting of four Rebecca Caroline wines hosted by a Texas Wine Ambassador, exploring how Texas-grown grapes respond to the traditional method. 60 minutes, 1-4 guests, $35 per guest (complimentary for members). Thursday-Sunday.
R.C. Community Table
Members-only shared experience at a communal table in the member's lounge designed to bring members together. Up to 6 guests, 60 minutes, Thursday-Sunday.
