About Calais Winery
Benjamin Calais founded the winery in Dallas in 2008, later moving to a traditional wine cave dug into a hillside outside Hye. The winemaker combines French heritage with a love for Texas. Every bottle is made from Texas grapes. The tasting room sits within the cave itself.
