Pieve di Campoli sits in the Florence province, between Barberino and Tavarnelle, where vineyards climb hillside slopes and terraced declines. The work spans both wine and oil. Eighteen thousand olive trees feed the program, their fruit pressed within twenty-four hours of harvest to produce Olio EVO Toscano and Campus Oli, a DOP Chianti Classico oil. The winemaking facility and barrel aging cellar are located in the medieval village of Cortine, where the house also maintains apartments.
