About Bruscola
Bruscola began in 1970 when Grandfather Dante and Torellina established the estate in the Florentine Chianti. The work centers on traditional methods, both in the cellar and the olive mill. The portfolio includes Chianti Classico and Vin Santo, alongside extra virgin olive oil. A Farmer's Museum on the property holds a permanent exhibition of agricultural tools. Tastings, by reservation, move through three wines, olive oil, and Vin Santo. Vineyard tours are available.
