About Pichler
Pichler works in Krems an der Donau, in the Kremstal region, where the portfolio centers on Grüner Veltliner and Riesling alongside Zweigelt, Chardonnay, Muskateller, and Gemischter Satz. The house also produces Edelbrände, Weinbrand, Liköre, and Säfte. The program includes Grüner Veltliner Ried Obere Sandgrube 'Alte Reben' Kremstal DAC, Riesling 'Kremser Sommerleithen', Zweigelt 'weißgepresst', and Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC Reserve 'Tränen der Sonne'. Recent recognition includes 92 points at the Falstaff Kremstal DAC Riedencup 2025, NÖ Gold 2025 for Chardonnay 'Selection' 2024, and Asia Gold at the Asia Wine Trophy 2024 for Riesling Laura 2022. The tasting room is located at Weinzierl 57 and is open Fridays 16-19 Uhr or by telephone appointment.
