About Wess
Wess began in 2023 when David Juen took over and reoriented the program. In Krems an der Donau, the winery draws from four distinct vineyard sites. Steiner Kögl, Steiner Pfaffenberg, Loibner Loibenberg, and Weinzierlberg each contribute to the portfolio of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Zweigelt, and St.Laurent. The Rieslings age at least one year longer before release. Tastings last roughly 90 minutes and require reservation.
