Pferschy-Seper has been family-owned since 1718, over 305 years of continuous stewardship in Mödling. The winery pioneered organic viticulture in the Thermenregion, a commitment now spanning 30 years and certified under AT-BIO-401. The heuriger, a traditional wine tavern with a large garden of old trees, opens Monday-Friday from 3 PM, Saturday-Sunday and holidays from 11 AM. Direct sales run Monday-Friday 3-7 PM and Saturday mornings 9 AM-1 PM.
