Pemberton Cellars is a family-owned winery in Granbury drawing from Texas grapes across the state. Six varietals grow on their own vineyard, while the cellar sources from top Texas sites like Martin's Vineyards and the High Plains. The portfolio includes single varietals and blends aged in bourbon barrel. Duet pairs Mourvedre and Malbec in equal measure. Diablo marries Mourvedre and Sangiovese. Dr Jim offers full-bodied Tempranillo. Mourvedre 2019 and Sangiovese 2019 are sourced from Martin's Vineyards. Tasting room open Friday and Saturday noon to seven, Sunday noon to five, or by appointment.
