Kevin Maxwell, alongside his wife Stephanie and their three children Cole, Kendall, and Hayden, established Stone Trough Mercantile in Cleburne in 2016. The operation is Cleburne's first Wine Bistro and Farmer's Market, combining winemaking with a working farm. Fingerprint Farms, launched in 2019, runs a regenerative grazing program across 30+ head of red angus cattle. The Vicharden grows wine grapes, orchard trees including apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots, figs and pomegranates, blackberries, and vegetables. Stone Trough plans Vicharden Parties pairing its wines with Fingerprint Farms products, and hosts Gather Together Thursdays for Christian fellowship.
