Dove Ridge sits in Parker County, thirty minutes northwest of Fort Worth, drawing grapes exclusively from Texas vineyards. The Reserve Red Blend carries dark cherry, tobacco, and Texas oak. The Estate Viognier opens with stone fruit, honeysuckle, and minerality. The Hill Country Rosé offers watermelon, strawberry, and lavender. The tasting room pours a flight of five wines with notes and food pairings, cheese and charcuterie boards available alongside. Open Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Wine club members receive quarterly shipments, member-only events, complimentary tastings, and up to twenty percent off all purchases.
