About Paza Vineyard & Winery
Paza Vineyard & Winery sits minutes northeast of Sacramento, positioned halfway between Auburn, Newcastle, and Lincoln on the Placer Wine Trail. A small family-run operation, the winery uses only placer-grown fruit in its premium wines. The program centers on Garnacha Blanca, Viognier, and Côtes Du Placer, with recent releases including the 2022 Garnacha Blanca, 2024 Viognier, and 2022 Côtes Du Placer. The tasting shed opens Friday through Sunday, noon to five, with a last call at four-thirty. Picnic areas invite visitors to linger, though stays max out at two hours for those bringing their own provisions.
