Giuseppe and Archangelo shape the program at Ciotti Cellars in Lincoln, working exclusively with grapes grown in Placer County. The winery hand selects a single vineyard for each varietal, keeping production small and intentional. A grandfather emigrated from Italy stowed away in a wine barrel. The tasting room opens Friday through Sunday, noon to five.
