About Payr
Robert Payr works in Höflein, in Carnuntum. The program moves across the region's classified sites. Ried Kirchberg for Chardonnay, Ried Rothenberg for Grüner Veltliner, Ried Spitzerberg for Blaufränkisch, Ried Steinäcker for Zweigelt. The cellar also holds Merlot and the petnat rosé MOTZ & MARIE, alongside two cuvées that blend Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and Merlot. The work is certified organic. Falstaff rates the house at four stars.
