The program centers on Pinot Noir, Albariño, and Sparkling wine, grown using sustainable farming practices. The tasting room opens year-round in the Willamette Valley on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to five. No reservation required. Tasting fee is refundable with a two-bottle purchase.
