Elysium Botanicals makes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Petit Sirah, Tempranillo, and Bordeaux Blend alongside Redgate White, Redgate Estate Rosé, Blanc de Blanc, and Sparkling Rosé. The tasting room welcomes dogs, serves food, and has outdoor seating. Live music runs year-round. Paint parties, candle-making classes, and monthly Friday Night Funnies fill the calendar. A plant store stocked with exotic plants sits alongside the wine program. The house operates four wine club tiers, each delivering four releases annually. Members receive 40% off bottles opened in the tasting room.
