Three siblings, Ashli Johnson, Drew Baker, and Lisa Hinton, founded Old Westminster Winery in Carroll County, Maryland in 2010. The program spans pét-nats, rosé, and reds. Chef Tae Strain, who trained in acclaimed kitchens across Baltimore, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., leads the kitchen, serving wood-fired pizzas, small plates, and garden snacks alongside the wines.
