About
Oak & Apple is a husband-and-wife-run cidery in Penfield where everything happens on-farm. Growing, pressing, fermenting, aging, bottling. The orchard holds French, American heritage, and English apple varieties. Core is semi-dry, built from bitter sharp and dessert apples. Tennessee Twig ages in French oak, made from black twig and greening apples. Captain Shaddock's is dry-hopped with Cascade hops and finished with grapefruit. Pineapple Jalapeno is not too spicy or sweet. Small-batch experimental blends are available only on tap in the tasting room, where charcuterie boards and Bavarian pretzels are offered.
