Six acres in Honeoye Falls support the program at 20 Deep. Gamay Noir is hand-harvested early to preserve brightness. The portfolio spans Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir, and Gewürztraminer, with the flagship Heartbeat Dry Gamay Noir Rosé. Heartbeat won Gold and 94 points at New York Wine Classic and ranked No. 2 Rosé in the Finger Lakes out of 66 entries. The 2025 vintage produced 45 cases, bottled March 20, 2026. Let's See Where This Goes also took Gold and 90 points at the same competition. Live music plays Friday nights from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
