Raymor Estate Cellars opened in Bloomfield in June 2011 and produces wines, still hard ciders, craft beer, and fusion beverages. The hard cider program centers on six distinct expressions, Sugar Maple Apple, Original, Raspberry, Pear, Peach, and Black Berry, each built from a blend of ten apple varietals sourced from a local farmer in Williamson. The portfolio extends to five fusion beverages, SANAT-GRIA, MOONSTRUCK, PEACHY-KEEN, EASY-BREEZY, and TASTE-OF-HARMONY. Custom house beverages supply New York restaurants and taverns. Tastings happen by appointment for groups of eight to sixteen. A mobile refrigerated Tap Trailer with six taps extends the reach beyond the cellar.
