Young Sommer Winery

Young Sommer Winery sits on Jersey Road in Williamson, New York. The program spans Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Traminette. A light saignée Rosé blends Cabernet Franc and Lemberger. Katrina pairs Chardonnay and Riesling in equal measure. Spirit of the Barrel, an apple wine aged two years in bourbon barrel, is part of the cellar's offerings. The tasting room pours red and white wines alongside fruit and specialty selections, hard ciders including Stone Will and Senshu, and draft and canned beer. Open Fridays through Sundays, noon to seven, and by appointment. Events welcome.
