About Monserate Winery
Monserate Winery in Fallbrook began with land purchased in 2016. Vines went into the ground across 100 acres by 2018, split between East and West sides. The first harvest arrived in 2019. Wines were bottled in 2021, and the winery itself launched in 2024. The 2023 Fedele, an estate-grown blend, carries smoky nuances with cherry and blackberry. The tasting room opens Sunday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm, closed Tuesdays. Wine club membership is free, with costs only for shipments or pick-ups.
