Toasted Oak Vineyards & Winery

About

Toasted Oak Vineyards & Winery takes its name from a toasted oak tree that survives on the property in Fallbrook. Roger and Marcia acquired the land in 2008, opening the tasting room nine years later. Roger has been making wine since his college days. The program centers on grapes grown in Fallbrook, most from their own vineyard. The portfolio includes Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Primativo, with notable wines including the 2018 Merlot, 2016 Estate Cabernet Franc, 2016 Estate Syrah, 2019 Red Blend, Sangria, and Lime Cello. Tastings run $12 for four one-ounce pours or a glass of wine. The grounds offer outdoor seating on a patio and a picnic area. Dogs on leashes are welcome.
