Mignon & Pierrel was founded in 1892 in Le Breuil, in Grand Est. The house tends 20 hectares of vineyard, including Clos des Graviers, a 1.5 hectare parcel vinified in wood. The program spans styles and ages. Brut Rosé and Prestige Brut both carry 7 g/l dosage, the former aged 36 months on lees, the latter 36 to 48 months. Cuvée Pure ages 5 years on lees with zero dosage. Grand Vintage rests 10 years on lees, also at 7 g/l. Le Clos des Graviers spends 11 years on lees after wood aging. A tasting room is available.
