About Jacques Copin
Jacques Copin in Verneuil was founded in 2013, the same year the cellar was built. A Récoltant-Manipulant working the Vallée de la Marne, the house produces three distinct collections. Origines, Parcellaires, and Polyphénols represent the portfolio. The tasting room opens Monday to Friday, 9 to 12 and 14 to 17 by reservation, Saturday by availability alone, and stays closed Sundays. Inside, a film on Champagne runs alongside the tasting bar. A terrace and jazz music complete the experience.
