François Cuchet now stewards the program from Œuilly, drawing on Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The portfolio spans eight cuvées. The Cuvée Réserve Brut contains 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, with 30% reserve wines. Alongside sit the Blanc de Blancs, Rosé Brut, Prestige Millésimé, Vieilles Vignes, Réserve Demi-Sec, Monastique, and Rosé de Saignée.
