About Cazé-Thibaut
Châtillon-sur-Marne, Vallée de la Marne. Roger Cazé founded the house in 1953. Ten generations of winemakers have shaped the program since. Fabien Cazé steers the work now. The cellar ages champagne on fine lees for 24 to 72 months. Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir form the portfolio. Naturellement is 100% Pinot Meunier from Châtillon sur Marne. Les Fourches, 100% Chardonnay, and Jossias, 100% Pinot Noir, both come from Vandières. Les Leriens blends all three varietals from Châtillon sur Marne. The vineyard work avoids herbicides and insecticides. Visits by appointment.
