Midwest Custom Bottling LLC began in 2008 when Duane Maas, who had built distilleries across eight countries, established the operation in Pewaukee with a single small line and a half dozen staff running four bottling runs a month. The work has grown to employ over thirty-one people. Maas built brands alongside his son, Tom. The program now handles custom bottling solutions, from uniquely shaped bottle designs to low volume specialty test runs. Blending and storage tanks sit onsite, alongside vast warehouse space for liquid and dry good storage.
