Cache Cellar

About

Cache Cellar opened in Milwaukee in 2012, where winemaker Ethan Keller produces single varietal hard ciders made without added sugars, sulfites, or filters. Keller, a recording and touring artist raised in southeastern Wisconsin, earned his winemaking certificate from Texas Tech University in 2023. The ciders have been featured in Wine Enthusiast Magazine. A tasting room is available.
