About Marguet Père & Fils
Marguet Père & Fils works across Ambonnay and Bouzy with vines averaging forty years old. Since 2010, horses have replaced mechanical tillage in the vineyard. The program rests on biodynamic, phytotherapeutic, and aromatherapeutic practice, supported by Agriculture Biologique and Demeter certifications. The house produces Champagne Marguet alongside Sapience, its first certified organic Champagne. Visits are by appointment only, offered in English, and unavailable June through September.
