About Benoit Beaufort

Sixth generation. Ambonnay sits on the south-east slope of the Montagne de Reims, one of the oldest Grand Cru villages in Champagne. Benoit Beaufort's cellar is partially carved into chalk. In the vineyard, sexual confusion replaces broad insecticide sprays against grape moths, a reasoned approach to pest management. Custom label personalization is available for the champagne.
