Founded in 1741 in Bouzy, André Clouet is a champagne house with cellars spanning 250 years of history. Jean-François Clouet is the winemaker. The house produces Dream Vintage 2018 and Rosé Spiritum 96. Visits are by appointment only, though walk-ins are welcome Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 11.45am and 1.30pm to 4pm, and Friday mornings until 12.15pm. The tasting experience runs 90 minutes and includes two glasses of champagne, at 25€ per person. Tours are offered in French, English, and Spanish.
