Christian Madl has spent more than 35 years perfecting Sekt in Schrattenberg, a designation rooted in the 14th century. The cellar works in Méthode Traditionnelle, producing two distinct programs. The Signature Collection ages three to six years on the lees. The Schrattenberg Sekt rests one to two years. Madl's path began at sixteen, during an internship in the Rhineland Palatinate. The tasting room sits at Kellergasse Dritteln.
