Four generations of the Bauer family have been engaged in winemaking in Schrattenberg, in Austria's Weinviertel region. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Riesling, Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Blauburger, and Merlot. The house produces Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC and Pink Secco. Tasting packages of six wines are available, with direct sales reaching Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
