Bauer is a family winery in Schrattenberg, in Austria's Weinviertel, now in its fourth generation. Harald Bauer learned winemaking at wine school before taking over management. Kerstin Bauer-Hofmeister trained at wine school and FH Krems. Their sons Alexander and Mathias are part of the family winery. The winery holds the Nachhaltig Austria seal certification and produces white wine, red wine, rosé, Secco, and juices.
