About La Croix Gratiot
Yves Ricôme founded the cellar in 2004 with his brother Hugues on clay-limestone hills between the Thau basin and pine hills in Montagnac. Thirty-five hectares sustain the work under biodynamic principles and organic farming. Yves and his daughter Anaïs, trained in New Zealand, shape the program together. The house ages wine in jars, a practice visible in the portfolio, which includes Bréchallune.
