About Kreiler
Manuel and René Kreiler established their winery in 2005 in Purbach am Neusiedler See, on the Leithaberg. Manuel oversees the cellar while René directs technology and marketing. The program centers on Blaufränkisch, Welschriesling, and Traminer. Their Traminer Maischevergoren scored 96/100 in Wein Guide in 2021 and took second place at the Burgenland Award in 2023 with 93.5 points. The Welschriesling claimed state champion status in 2021. The first gold medal arrived in 2008, followed by the inaugural Leithaberg DAC Blaufränkisch in 2009. A rebuilt cellar opened in 2018, with a new storage hall and photovoltaic system added in 2023. The estate hosts Leithaberg Express train tours through the vineyards with wine tasting and cellar tours.
