About Knell
Angela and Gerhard Knell opened a Buschenschank in Meiseldorf in 1981, pouring their own wine alongside simple food. By 2000, it had grown into Landgasthaus zum Knell. Cornelia Knell Schleicher took the helm in 2008, and Paul Schleicher joined after their marriage in 2015. The kitchen draws on regional seasonal ingredients. The wine list favors regional bottles. A large children's playground anchors the grounds. The space is wheelchair accessible.
