About

Böck Familie tends vineyards around Burgschleinitz across generations, working without herbicides or insecticides. The small family business harvests by hand and processes with care. Grüner Veltliner anchors the program, appearing as Michael and as Niclas Barrique, oak-aged. Weißburgunder, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer round the whites. Zweigelt and Blauburger lead the reds, with Zweigelt also aged in barrique. St. Laurent completes the red selection. The house also produces Weinviertel DAC Jonas, a Frizzante Schaumwein, and red and white grape juices. Tastings by reservation.
