Famille Barthelmé has stewarded Domaine Albert Mann since the 1980s, cultivating 25 hectares scattered across roughly one hundred small plots in Wettolsheim. The domaine transitioned to biodynamic viticulture in 1997. It produces 7 Grand Crus from the AOC Alsace Grand Cru appellation and owns one monopoly clos in organic and biodynamic cultivation.
