Béatrice Hardy and Dominique Hardy work 38 hectares of silico-argileux and gabbro soils in Mouzillon, where vines average twenty years old. The vineyard is predominantly Melon de Bourgogne, with smaller plantings of Folle Blanche, Gamay, Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Merlot. Production runs at fifty hectolitres per hectare. In the cellar, pneumatic pressing feeds stainless steel and underground vats covered with glass tiles. Bottling begins each April, following harvest. The tasting room, established in 2015, spans seventy square meters and seats fifty.
