The reds spend 18 months in French oak, evident in the Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, the Cabernet Franc 2022, and the 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc 2023 blend. The Cabernet Franc Rosé 2024, crafted from grapes that soaked 12 hours on the skins, earned a Gold Medal with 94 points at NY Wine Classic. The Cabernet Franc 2022 and Merlot 2022 both took Silver. Flights pull from a selection of over 20 wines. Light bites arrive as dips, cheese boards, and meatballs. Cocktails include the Pink Dink, Bunny Lebowski, and Cosmo made with Deep Lake Vodka. Craft beer rounds out the bar. Tasting fee is $10, refunded with any $30 purchase.
