About Forge Cellars, LLC
Forge Cellars sits on Mathews Road in Burdett, overlooking Seneca Lake. The Salon tasting room opens Wednesday through Saturday from 11:30am to 6:30pm, and Sunday noon to 5pm, walk-ins welcome. Guided tastings happen in the Summer House at 11am or 1pm by reservation. Light fare is available at the tasting room. Dogs are welcome. The Foundry Members program offers additional savings, and shipping discounts apply to orders of six bottles or more.

Reservation-only tastings for those eager to deepen their knowledge of Forge wines and regional terroir. Available Wednesday-Saturday at 11am or 1pm, with email option for large groups or other appointment times.
