About Inserrata
Inserrata sits in San Miniato, Toscana, a family-run winery founded in 1997 and built on organic farming. The portfolio spans Merlot, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Vermentino, and Chardonnay. Insieme Merlot, Inusuale Sangiovese White, Inebriante Rosé, Insolito Trebbiano Vermentino, Intrigo Chardonnay, and Inedito Chardonnay Barrique form the house library. Inserrata collaborates with international artists on exhibitions of photography, art, and design. The truffle hunting experience pairs a guided walk through mycorrhizal woods with an expert hunter and Lagotto dog, followed by Tuscan lunch or dinner and organic wine.
Tasting Experiences
Guided Organic Wine Tasting
Choose between 3, 5, or 6 wine tasting options. The 6-wine experience features an exclusive Chardonnay tasting with three vintages each of Intrigo and Inedito expressions. Tastings include cured meats, cheeses, honey, and focaccia with organic extra virgin olive oil.
Cellar, Vineyard and Olive Grove Tour
