About Davinum
Davinum began in 2006 when the Schaetti family chose to undertake wine production in Tuscany. The vineyard sits on clay soil of Pliocene origin, where Sangiovese and Pugnitello are produced. The program spans five labels, among them Opal, Toscanetti, Nostrum, Solo Uno, Pugnitello, and AAmo. Tastings run approximately one hour and require advance reservation. The tasting room opens daily, with vineyard tours and food available on-site. Tasting fee is 30 euros per person.
