About Ing. Berthold Haider
Ing. Berthold Haider farms biodynamically in Seewinkel, east of Lake Neusiedl, following Demeter guidelines. The region receives approximately three hundred days of sunshine per year. Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc, and Muskat are produced with minimal intervention. Whites rest in stainless steel, receiving no sulfur addition. The Weißburgunder spends over one hundred days on skins before acacia barrel aging. Reds see only minimal sulfur. ATTILA Jahrgangscuvée blends Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and Cabernet Franc. DEFINITELY TODAY and DELIRIOUS arrive unfiltered and without sulfite addition, the latter carrying Muskat aromas.
