Rosenwiller, Bas-Rhin. The Huck family has cultivated vines here for generations, vine work woven into the fabric of their life. The program centers on Crémant d'Alsace, pale gold in the glass with fine, regular bubbles. Aromas of white fruits, pears, apples, peaches, apricots, dried fruits, white flowers, and brioche unfold with each sip. Serve chilled between 5°C and 7°C.
