About Domaine Einhart
Rosenwiller, Alsace. Domaine Einhart has been here since 1820, and Théo represents the seventh generation of winemakers on the family lands. He returned in 2020 to a domaine that Nicolas had already transformed. Starting in 2003, Nicolas pioneered organic viticulture here, work that has since integrated biodynamic principles into the cellar and vineyard alike. The program spans seven varietals, Riesling through Pinot Noir, organized across four families. Harvests remain manual, berries gathered in 20 kg crates to preserve their integrity. The tasting room and vineyard tours invite visitors to experience the work firsthand.
